Ingredients
1 c Pineapple, chopped
1 Cucumber, chopped
1/2 Lemon – juiced
1 tsp Spirulina
1/2 knob Ginger
1/2 c Coconut Water
1 tsp Coconut Oil (preferably MCT oil)
Ice/optional
Instructions
Add all ingredients to your blender and blend well. Add the ice for your desired smoothie consistency
