Ingredients
1 Banana, frozen
1 Orange, peeled
1 c Mango chunks
1/2 c Greek Yogurt
1 Carrot, peeled and chopped
1 tbls Resihi Powder
1 tbls MCT Oil
1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
1/2 tsp Ground Turmeric
1/2 c Orange Juice
Ice (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to your blender, and blend until smooth. Add ice for a thicker consistency
