Immune Boosting Smoothie for Colds. I get it – when you’re sick you just don’t have an appetite to eat. Or maybe you can’t eat because your throat is killing you. But this is the worse time to NOT fill your body will vitamins and nutrients as your body needs everything you can throw at it to fight off the infection that’s keeping you sick.

Ingredients
1 Banana, frozen
1 Orange, peeled
1 c Mango chunks
1/2 c Greek Yogurt
1 Carrot, peeled and chopped
1 tbls Resihi Powder
1 tbls MCT Oil
1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
1/2 tsp Ground Turmeric
1/2 c Orange Juice
Ice (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to your blender, and blend until smooth. Add ice for a thicker consistency
