Smoothie with Matcha and Reishi – Perfect for Bettling a Cold and Flu

IMMUNE BOOSTING BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE. I get it – when you’re sick you just don’t have an appetite to eat. Or maybe you can’t eat because your throat is killing you. But this is the worse time to NOT fill your body will vitamins and nutrients as your body needs everything you can throw at it to fight off the infection that’s keeping you sick.

Immune Boosting Blueberry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1 c frozen Blueberries
1 frozen Banana
1 tsp Ginger, grated
¼ tsp Cinnamon
2 c Almond Milk or Coconut Milk
1.5 tsp Matcha Powder
1 tsp Reishi Mushroom Powder
2 tsp Honey
Ice / optional

INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to your blender, and blend until smooth. Add ice for a thicker consistency
