Ingredients
1/4 c Rolled Oats
1/4 c Water
1/2 c Coconut Milk
1 Pear, cored
1 Banana, frozen
1/2 c Greek Yogurt
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Pinch of Turmeric
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 pitted Date, chopped
Ice/optional
Instructions
Rolled Oats can be either raw or cooked. If raw, make sure they’re rolled as they will be less gummy. If you prefer to cook them first, it can be done quickly in the microwave for 2 minutes. Once cooled combine the remaining ingredients and blend at high speed in a blender. Add ice if desired. Serve at once.
