Banana, Pear, and Spinach Smoothie
makes two 8oz servings

Ingredients
1 Banana, ripe
1/2 Pear
1/2 Apple
1 handful Spinach
1 tbls Reishi Powder
1 scoop Collagen Peptides
1/2 c Oat Milk (or milk of your choice)
1/2 c Water
Ice – for your desired consistency

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add ice for your desired smoothie consistency
