Green Mango Mint Smoothie for Clear Skin / Acne. Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Kale
1 peeled Banana
1 pitted and peeled Mango
3 Mint Sprigs
1 tbls Protein Powder
3 tbls Cashews
1 c Water
Ice

Instructions
Thoroughly blend the Kale and water in blender. Add remaining ingredients until smooth. Add ice if desired
