Ingredients
1-2 handfuls of Spinach
1 Apple, cored and chopped
1 Pear, cored and chopped
1 Banana, frozen or fresh
1 c Pineapple, chopped
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 c Coconut Water
Ice, if desired

Instructions
Add the spinach and coconut water to your blender and blend until liquefied. Then add the remaining ingredient and ice if desired. Blend again until smooth
