1 tbls Coconut Oil (117 calories)
1 c low-fat Almond Milk (40 calories)
1/4 c Orange Juice (30 calories)
1/4 tsp ground Cinnamon (2 calories)

INSTRUCTIONS
Scramble the egg over medium heat, allow egg to cool to room temperature. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
