Clear Skin Smoothie – Pomegranate, Raspberries, and Mango . Smoothies are one of the easiest and quickest ways to deliver nutrients, vitamins, and anti-oxidants to the body, which are essential in preventing the growth of acne causing bacteria. Consume an acne fighting smoothie once or twice a day, and you’ll build healthy and very resistant skin cells that won’t allow acne to form.

Ingredients
4 cups Greens of your choice – Spinach, Kale, Romaine Lettuce, etc
1/2 c fresh Cilantro
1/2 c fresh Parsley
2 c Water
1 EACH Apple, Pear, Banana, Lemon
Ice if desired

Instructions
Add greens, herbs and water to your blender and liquefy the mix. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth
