Ingredients
2 c fresh or frozen Pineapple chunks
1 fresh or frozen Banana
1 tbl Chia seeds
4 large Pink Grapefruit juiced or Ruby Red Grapefruit
2 cups fresh Spinach leaves
1/2″ fresh grated Ginger
1/2 Lemon (squeezed)
handful Grapes (optional)
Ice cubes as desired
Instructions
Place pineapple, banana, chia seeds, spinach leaves, grapes and grated ginger into blender. Juice the pink grapefruits and lemon into a bowl and then pour the juice into the blender. Blend until smooth – add ice for your desired consistency.
