Ingredients
1 med Apple, cored
1 lrg fresh Plum
2 tbls Flaxseed
1/2 c Coconut Milk
6 Strawberries
1 tsp Cinnamon
Ice (optional)
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until a smoothie consistency. Add ice if desired
