Ingredients
1 c Blueberries
1 Banana, frozen
1 Apple, cored
1/2 Lemon, juices
1/2 Cucumber
1 c Spinach
1 tbls Chia seeds
1 c Coconut Milk
1 tbls Coconut Oil or MCT Oil
Ice/optional

Instructions
Add all ingredients to your blender and blend well. Add the ice for your desired smoothie consistency
