Ingredients
1 c Spinach
1/2 c Raspberries
1 Apple, cored and diced
1″ peeled Ginger
1 tbsp of Flaxseed
1/2 c Greek Yogurt
3-4 fresh Parsley Sprigs, chopped

Directions
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on the highest speed until smooth. Add ice (optional) for your desired smoothie consistency.
