Ingredients
1 c frozen Pineapple
1 c frozen Mango
1 tsp Coconut oil
1 tsp chopped fresh Ginger
1 tsp Turmeric
1 c Water and 1/2 c Ice

Instructions
Place all ingredients into your blender and blend until a smooth consistency
