INGREDIENT BENEFITS

Almond Milk – packed with vitamin E and magnesium, contain lots of protein for sustained energy

INGREDIENTS
1 c Pineapple, frozen
1/2 c Berries, frozen
1 c Spinach
1 Banana
1/2 c Greek Yogurt
1/2 c Almond Milk
1 tbls Chia Seeds
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Ice/Optional

IINSTRUCTIONS
Place Spinach, Milk and Yogurt in a blender and blend thoroughly. Then add the remaining ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth. Add ice if desired.
