1 banana, peeled
1 c frozen Blueberries
1/2 c Blackberries (optional)
1/2 c Almond butter
1/2 c plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 c Almond milk
1/4 c Chia Seeds
2 Dates, pitted and quartered
1 c ice
Instructions
Add all ingredients, except ice, to your blender and thoroughly blend. Add ice for a smoothie consistency
