Ingredients
1 Banana
1 c mixed Berries
1 tbls Lecithin Granules
1 tsp Oats
1 c Almond Milk
1 tbls Flaxseed
1-2 tbls Sunflower Seeds
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
1 tbls Flaxseed Oil

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend to a smooth consistency
