Are you experiencing aches and pains, sore joints, tight muscles? Try this Beet, Carrot, Apple Juice Recipe For Inflammation – it’s healthy, nutritious, filled with antioxidants, and really pretty tasty !! It’s also great for that first drink in the morning to help get your body up and going.
My husband has been working really hard these past couple months and it’s been taking a huge toll on his body – moving real slow, aches and pains, sore joints and tight muscles to say the least. We don’t have a hot tub as of yet (been talking about getting one for over 5 years now), this loving wife can only help by feeding her Mr. Big with healthy and nutritious foods. Because we are big advocates of our juicer – best invention ever, I stumbled upon this beet and purple cabbage blend, compliments of the Young and Raw, that claim the nutrients (betalains) in beets have been shown to provide your body with antioxidants as well as anti-inflammatory support.
And yup, I made it – check it out. Now you may be thinking to yourself that the ginger, the beets and the lime would give this a pretty bitter taste. Au contraire my friends – and you can thank the apple for being in this recipe. It completes the juice and gives it that wonderful taste.
So if you’re in need of some anti-inflammatory support, this is your go to drink.
Bottoms up baby and cheers to your good health 🙂
