A creamy, no-sugar float made with real bananas, dairy-free ice cream, and probiotic-rich kombucha and without the added sugars, syrups, or artificial ingredients. And you can make it a kid friendly treat by replacing the kombucha with sparkling water or any kind of carbonated water (I used LaCroix). INGREDIENTS
For the Banana “Nice Cream”

1 frozen banana (peeled and chopped before freezing)
½ c unsweetened Almond or Coconut milk
½ tsp Vanilla extract
½ tsp Cinnamon

For the Float Base
1 c vanilla-flavored Kombucha
1 tbls Chia seeds (optional, for extra fiber and texture)

For the Whipped Topping
¼ c chilled coconut cream (optional, for a whipped topping effect)

FOR A KID – FRIENDLY VERSION
Simply replace the Kombucha with a carbonated beverage like LaCroix Sparkling Water, which comes in multitudes of flavors. The carbonation will give this float the bubbly fizzy texture and taste that kids love.

INSTRUCTIONS
Make the Banana “Nice Cream” by blending the frozen banana, almond/coconut milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth. Freeze for 30 minutes to get a scoopable texture.

Assemble the Float
Pour vanilla kombucha (or carbonated water) into a tall glass – approx 3/4 of the way full, add a scoop or 2 of banana nice cream on top. Sprinkle with chia seeds for extra fiber and crunch. Then top it off with a dollop or two of chilled coconut cream. ** This is optional, but I added a few slices of banana to the top just for some more texture. Grab a straw and spoon—it’s time for a creamy, bubbly, banana-filled treat – yum !!
