Ashwagandha Strength Blueberry Smoothie
Makes 2 (8oz) glasses
Ingredients
1/2 c frozen Blueberries
1/2 c Strawberries (cut in half)
1 Banana
1/2 c Greek Yogurt
1 c Flax Milk (can use milk of your choice)
2 pitted Dates
1 tsp ground Cinnamon
1 tsp Organic Ashwagandha Powder
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add ice for your desired smoothie consistency.
