1 c Almond milk
1 Apple
1 c frozen Blueberries
2 handfuls Spinach or leafy greens
1 tbls Almond Butter
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 scoop Protein Powder

Instructions
Place all ingredients into your blender and blend until a smooth consistency
