Strawberry Chaga Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
3/4 c Almond Milk
3/4 c Greek Yogurt
1 c Strawberries, frozen
1 tbls Chia Seeds
1/2 c Oats
1 tsp Chaga Powder
Ice/optional
Instructions
Add almond milk and oats to your blender and let sit for 5 minutes. Then add the remaining ingredients and blend all until smooth. Add ice to reach your desired consistency
Oats – can be mixed in a smoothie raw and uncooked. For a courser smoothie, just add the oats to all the ingredients and blend. If you want a smoother and thicker oat, first add them to the milk for a good 5 minutes to soften them up a bit. Then add the remaining ingredients and blend as usual.
