Ingredients
1 c Pumpkin Puree (canned or fresh)
1 c Coconut Water
1 tbls Coconut Oil (MCT is the best)
1 Banana, frozen is best
1/2 Orange, juiced
1 tbls Flaxseed
dash of Pumpkin Pie Spice (may use Cinnamon instead)
Ice Cubes
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Add Ice if desired
