Ingredients
1 Banana
1 c Pineapple chunks, frozen
1 Apple
1 c Blueberries
1 tbsp Flaxseeds
1 handful Kale
1/2 small Lemon, juiced
1 c Coconut Water
Ice/optional
Mint/optional

Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until fully mixed and smooth. Add ice and blend for a thicker smoothie if desired. Serve with a sprig of mint – totally optional, and enjoy!
