Ingredients
1 Apple, cored
1 Banana, frozen
1 c Blueberries or Blackberries, frozen
1/4 c Acai Berries
1/2 c Coconut Water
1/2 c Spinach / optional but recommended
handful Walnuts, finely chopped
1 tsp Honey
Ice

Instructions
Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Add ice for desired smoothness
