1-2 handfuls of Collard Greens
1 fresh or frozen Banana
1 tbl Chia seeds
1 c Pineapple
1 c Red Grapes
1/2 fresh squeeze Lemon
1/2 c Water
Ice cubes as desired
Instructions
Place all your ingredients into blender and blend until smooth – add ice for your desired consistency.
