Ingredients
4 Celery stalks
1 Banana, frozen and cubed
1/2 c Cucumber peeled and cubed
1″ Ginger chopped
1/2 c Coconut Water
1 tsp Hemp Seeds
Ice (optional)

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice if desired
