This looks so delicious! I just bought some frozen avocado chunks at the grocery store that are perfect for this.
Interesting! Just yesterday I was taking notes on different smoothies I could make so this one came super handy. I love avocado!
I am getting avocados here in Washington state at such a great price – freeze them and save for later. We always use them in our smoothies
My eldest daughter loves avocado so I tend to buy a few a week. I love the sound of the smoothie with mint. I am hoping to buy a smoothie blender soon and then we can give your recipe a try.
thank you. I have found that any blender will do as long as you chop up the fruits and veggies first. And I too love avocado’s – we always have a few in the fridge. We like to put them in our sandwiches – yum.
