3 Strawberries
1 sm Banana
7 oz fresh Pineapple Juice
1 tbls Coconut Oil (best is MCT Oil)
1 tsp pure unsweetened Gelatin
1 tsp L-Glutamine Powder
Ice (optional)
Instructions
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Add ice for your desired consistency.
