Ingredients
1 c Coconut Milk
! frozen Banana
1 tbls Collagen Protein
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground Nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground Ginger
1/4 tsp ground Cardamom
1/4 tsp ground Cloves
Ice optional
Cacao shavings – optional

Instructions
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Add ice or water for your desired consistency. Sprinkle with cacao shavings – totally optional
