INGREDIENTS
1 tbls Chia seeds
1 c Raspberries (or any fruit of your choice)
1 tbls Aloe vera juice
1 c Almond milk
Ice

INSTRUCTIONS
Soak chia seeds in water for 15 minutes. Put chia seeds and remaining ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Add ice for desired smoothie consistency
