3/4 cup frozen Blueberries
1/2 frozen Banana
1 small Beet, grated or cut into chunks
2 tbl freshly squeezed Lime juice
2 tbl ground Flaxseed
1 pitted Medjool Date, optional
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add a more milk if needed
