Ingredients
1 Banana
1 c frozen Strawberries
2 Peaches, sliced
2–3 large Kale leaves, stems removed
1/2 c plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 c water
1 tsp Agave syrup
1 tbsp cold-pressed cod liver oil (optional)
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice if desired
