Ingredients
A handful of Spinach
1 large Orange peeled
1 c of Mango preferably frozen
1/2 c of Cashew milk can use any other plant based milk
1 tbsp of Peanut butter
1 tbsp of Chia seeds
1 tsp Flaxseed
2 Medjool dates and a few frozen banana pieces optional, added sweetness
Instructions
Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Add ice if desired
