Clear Skin Smoothie – Pomegranate, Raspberries, and Mango . 2 c chopped Kale leaves, no stems
2/3 c Greek Yogurt
1 frozen Banana
1/4 c Coconut Water
1/4 c frozen Pineapple pieces
2 tbls Peanut Butter
Honey to taste
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice if desired.
