Clear Skin Smoothie – Pomegranate, Raspberries, and Mango . Smoothies are one of the easiest and quickest ways to deliver nutrients, vitamins, and anti-oxidants to the body, which are essential in preventing the growth of acne causing bacteria. Consume an acne fighting smoothie once or twice a day, and you’ll build healthy and very resistant skin cells that won’t allow acne to form.

Ingredients
1/2 Mango
1/2 Pomegranate – seeded
1 c Raspberries
1 tbsp Flax seeds
1 c Coconut Water

Instructions
Place pomegranate seeds, flaxseed and coconut water in a blender and blend until pomegranate seeds have broken and the juices are released. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth
