Clear Skin Smoothie – Pomegranate, Raspberries, and Mango . Smoothies are one of the easiest and quickest ways to deliver nutrients, vitamins, and anti-oxidants to the body, which are essential in preventing the growth of acne causing bacteria. 1 Cucumber
1 c packed Spinach
1/2 Lemon – juced
1 tbs ground Flaxseed
1 tbsp Spirulina
1 1/2 c Coconut Water
1/2 c Greek Yogurt

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
