Clear Skin Smoothie – Pomegranate, Raspberries, and Mango . Smoothies are one of the easiest and quickest ways to deliver nutrients, vitamins, and anti-oxidants to the body, which are essential in preventing the growth of acne causing bacteria. Ingredients
1 c Coconut Water
1 c frozen Strawberries
1 c Carrots
1 c frozen Mango
1 Orange, peeled and cut
1 Apple, cored
1 c Greek Yogurt
1″ Ginger, shaved or chopped
Ice (optional)

Instructions
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Add ice if desired
