For the Whipped Topping:
¼ c chilled Coconut Cream (optional, for a whipped topping effect)

INSTRUCTIONS
Make the Berry “Nice Cream”
Blend frozen mixed berries, banana, coconut/almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Freeze for 30 minutes to get a scoopable texture.
