2 Serving – 175 calories 28g carbs (add 35 more calories if you’re including the Super Collagen Protein)

INGREDIENTS
1 c Blueberries
1/2 Cucumber, peeled
1 c Coconut Water
1/2 Banana
1/2 Avocado
1 tsp Ginger Root
1 scoop Super Collagen Protein **

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients into your blender and give it a good whirl. Add ice if you desire more thickness.  If the smoothie is too thick, add more coconut water.
