1 Serving – 319 calories 19g carbs (add 60 more calories if you’re including Hemp Hearts)

INGREDIENTS
1 c Spinach
1/2 Cucumber, skin off
1/2 Avocado
1 c Coconut Water
1 scoop Collagen Protein Powder
1 tbls Hemp Hearts – optional, (add 60 calories to the nutrition facts)

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients into your blender and give it a good whirl. Add ice if you desire more thickness.  If the smoothie is too thick, add more coconut water.
