Bone Broth Diet – Day of Fasting
Day 2 – Fasting with Chicken Bone Broth
Bone Broth Diet – Day of Fasting. Day 2 – Fasting with Chicken Bone Broth. Since the weekly bone broth diet involves eating normally for five days and limiting calorie intake or consuming only bone broth on the other two days – today is one of those fasting days.
The Bone Broth Diet – 21 Day Plan to Lose Weight
DAY 2 – FASTING WITH CHICKEN BONE BROTH – There’s no other way to say this but your breakfast, lunch, dinner, and evening snack will consist of nothing else but liquids – specifically bone broth.
Drink 5–6 cups of bone broth throughout the day, with no solid food. You can also drink coffee (black only), tea, and water.
In other words – it’s a fast. Nothing but liquids for the entire day.
Just remember, fasting can be challenging, especially if you’re preoccupied with thoughts of food. But if you stay busy, the day will be over before you know it.
- Exercise: Light activities like yoga, walking, or stretching can boost your mood and reduce hunger pangs.
- Engage in Activities: Dive into a hobby, work, or house chores. Keeping your hands and mind busy can distract you from hunger.
So Day 2 is now complete and I am feeling full and satisfied. Not too shabby. Am looking forward to tomorrow’s meals as they look pretty tasty. Until then – time to get moving around. So check it …
Another plus is the 12 levels of hydraulic resistance. So if you want to row hard, crank those numbers up. If you’re a beginner or just want a smoother row, set the level to a 4 or 5. I started at a 5 doing 300 strokes and am now up to 500 strokes. It’s an awesome and amazing workout for sure.
Do you like the group Soundgarden? If so then crank up the tunes and let’s get rowing. And don’t forget to come back tomorrow to check out what’s on the menu for day 3 of the Bone Broth Diet.
