Loaded Broccoli Cheesy Fries
Parmesan Crunchy Broccoli Fries
Loaded Broccoli Cheesy Fries. So I watched a clip of a guy making cheesy broccoli fries on Instagram the other day and thought – dayum my grandbabies would love these. So relying on a couple notes and my mega memory I thought I’d give it a try this weekend.
Initially they were kind of runny and wouldn’t hold a shape, but a couple tweeks did the trick. And oh boy did they turned out nice and yummy. So yummy even my 4yr old and 9 month old grandsons loved them. I did have to scrape out the soft parts for the youngest (he only has 2 bottom teeth) but he devoured them and squealed with each mouthful.

So all I can say is give this recipe a go and you decide. It’s definately a way to get your littles to eat their greens !! And not just them – you will love them too. Enjoy 🙂
Loaded Broccoli Cheesy Fries
makes enough for 2 littles and 1 adult 🙂
Ingredients
1 large Broccoli head, chopped into small pieces
2 eggs, beaten
1 c Parmesan Cheese
1-1/2 c triple Cheddar Blend Cheese
1/2 tsp each Garlic Spice, Italian Seasoning, Onion Powder, Oregano
Salt and fresh ground Pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400.
Chop the broccoli head into small pieces and place in medium size bowl. Beat the eggs in separate bowl and then add to the broccoli. Mix in cheeses, spices, and salt and pepper. Mix everything together thoroughly. Using your hands, form long logs and place on a baking sheet. (I didn’t use a nonstick sheet, or coat the sheet with oil, and they still didn’t stick). Place in your preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes. Cut the logs into french fry strips and voila – serve either plain or dip into your favorite dip.
