INGREDIENTS
1/2–3/4 cup Water (or orange or pineapple juice)
2 medium Oranges, peel removed
1/2 tsp – 2 tsp fresh Ginger, minced
1 cup Spinach
1/2 Avocado
2 frozen Bananas, sliced
Optional but HIGHLY SUGGESTED add-ins:
1–2 tsp raw Honey
pinch Cayenne pepper, Turmeric
Ice
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients in your blender, and blend until smooth. Add ice for a thicker consistency.
