Ingredients
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 medium Bananas, frozen
1/2 c chopped Pineapple
1 ½ tbsp Honey
½ tsp Turmeric
½ tsp Ginger
4-6 Mint leaves
1 c Almond Milk
1 tbls MCT Oil
1 tbls Resihi Powder
Instructions
Add all ingredients to your blender, and blend until smooth. Add ice for a thicker consistency
