4 Healthiest Foods for Women | Plus Bonus. I read a few years back that women need more antioxidants, substances that prevent and repair cell damage, than men do. Didn’t think too much about that claim back then. But now that I’ve really been into “healthy foods”, I’ve been researching this and haven’t been able to find anything to back it up.
