3 exercise essentials for absolute beginners – saturday special
Saturday Special 12/7/19
You’re just starting your new workout program and are probably wondering what exactly you’re going to need. Outside of the basic mat and comfy clothes, these 3 exercise essentials have been one of my best investments yet as they work on all the trouble spots – abs, muffin top, back fat, bingo wings and thighs.
STAMINA BODY TRAC GLIDER 1050 ROWING MACHINE – this little number is great for the UPPER BODY WORKOUT. The rower exercises the rhomboids in the shoulders, trapezii in the upper back, and lats in the lower back … ALSO KNOWN AS BACK FAT AND MUFFIN TOP. In addition to your backside, rowing machines also provide a nice workout for your biceps, pecs, and abs, which helps you develop a stronger core. This is not an expensive piece of equipment, one that won’t set you back hundreds. Guaranteed you’ll like it – I’ve had mine since 2017. Check it out – it can be purchased here for under $112.00
ABDOMINAL EXERCISE MACHINE AB WHEEL – this simple little wheel provides a better AB WORKOUT than traditional flexion exercises, creating stronger and more defined abs (and which one of us wouldn’t want to have a nice flat stomach)? This is another purchase I made that I’ve yet to regret. It set me back about $12.00 – and let me be honest with you … I have 2. Check it out – it can be purchased here for about $12.00
FREE WEIGHTS – dumbbells are an excellent item to have as they’re used for joint-isolation exercises such as biceps curls, chest flyes or shoulder raises – which of course means working on those BINGO WINGS. The ones in the pic I use on occasion, but the ones I’m really fond of are the Neoprene set which were featured herelast Saturday. Another inexpensive item – the cost is $20.00 for a set of 3 INCLUDING a stand. Check it out – they can be purchased here for under $20.00
So there you have it – my recommendation for the top 3 exercise essentials for absolute beginners. And I stand by my statement as I have them and use them myself. No BS here.
